ING Lease Belgium is the market leader in the Belgian financial leasing market and offers clients a complete service for the leasing of assets for professional use: sales, back office and after care. With My ING Lease, it also shows itself as a real innovator in the sector. ING Lease Belgium is part of ING Belgium and services clients in both Business and Wholesale Banking, in Belgium and abroad.
To strengthen the collaboration between ING Belgium and ING Lease Belgium, we are looking for a Corporate Lending Analyst dedicated for International and Vendor Lease. At ING Lease, we have arranged numerous leasing facilities and are involved in all lease-related matters of the client relationship. You will be part of the team of Leasing Specialists and also work closely with the Corporate Sector Lending teams in Belgium. The latter provides lending solutions to corporate clients (within Wholesale Banking) across a wide number of sectors.
You will report to the Sales Manager of ING Lease Belgium but will take part as well in the activities of Corporate Sector Lending Belgium.
**Your role**
- You will take responsibility in all credit requests for both International Lease and Vendor Lease, including new requests and in life management (annual reviews, waivers...).
- You visit customers with other lease colleagues or relationship managers in the framework of the leasing relationship, gathering useful information and assessing opportunities.
- You will prepare credit packages according to ING policy and present the credit request for approval to relevant credit decision takers.
- You will structure and lead the negotiation of the leasing facilities with the customer and the follow up of the implementation/documentation of new credit facilities with other Lending colleagues or in collaboration with Legal Department or external legal counsel (in partnership with front office ILB and IBB)
- You will acquire and keep up to date your knowledge on lending and leasing products, ING policies and the general economic environment.

- fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch or French
