Kyc Advisor

**Context**:
As part of the First Line of Defense, you will be in charge of the implementation of and communication on AML regulation in the local policies and procedures for Private Banking.

**Your Position**:

- Develop and implement AML regulatory requirements into Private Banking procedures and working instructions.
- Support the communication on the AML processes and any potential changes to all relevant departments.
- Establish reporting on progress and follow up of AML files.
- Be the central point of contact and create dialogue between Front and Compliance teams.
- Together with Compliance/AML teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Report breaches with the policies to the Private Banking Management and raise awareness within the organization.
- Perform Quality controls on the AML files, created in the Private Banking teams.

**Your Profile**:

- Master's degree in economics, law or equivalent;
- Trilingual (French / English / Dutch) (oral and written);
- Knowledge of AML, strong affinity for risk management and a control environment;
- High level of integrity and ethical standards;
- Business and problem solving mindset;
- Strong oral and written communication & persuasion skills;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements, market practices and international risk standards.
