**Welk takenpakket mag je verwachten als Business Process Advisor bij Krinkels?**

Krinkels is op zoek naar een extra collega om de familie aan te vullen. We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en resultaatgerichte advisor, die zich wil gaan verdiepen is ons intern ERP-systeem. Als advisor help je onze gebruikers succesvol te zijn in een steeds complexer wordende digitale wereld, door hen te ondersteunen in de innovatie van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Je gaat met je collega’s op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden van processen. Bij het denken over de verbetermogelijkheden heb je een open blik voor de bestaande organisatie en bestaande processen van het bedrijf, maar bent ook in staat om die op een positieve manier te challengen. Vervolgens ga je ook weer in communicatie met gebruiker en de automatiseringsafdeling in Breda om de opportuniteiten af te toetsen. Je zal de brug zijn tussen onze gebruikers en de automatiseringsafdeling en zal regelmatig in contact staan met de gebruikers van het ERP-systeem om hen te coachen en te adviseren.

Jouw streefdoelen zullen volgende zijn
Jezelf dagelijks volgende vragen stellen: “Gebruiken we het ERP-systeem volwaardig en hoe kunnen we dit verbeteren naar de toekomst?”.
procedures/gebruikers observeren en oplossingen en verbeteringen voorstellen naar de automatiseringsafdeling (aan de hand van feedback van de gebruikers).
wijzigingen communiceren en implementeren naar de gebruikers (aan de hand van workshops, opleidingen, )
de gebruikers ondersteunen met veranderingen en hen coachen om de performance te verbeteren.
je brengt het ERP-systeem in lijn met de visie, strategie en doelstellingen van het bedrijf en de verschillende gebruikers.
Je werkt vanuit onze zetel in Londerzeel of Naninnes.

Onze ideale BPA
heeft interesse in of affiniteit met IT-systemen, kennis van of ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
heeft het ook in zich om een bedrijfsproces te analyseren en de aandachtspunten te benoemen.
brengt goed problemen/troeven in kaart en heeft anderzijds inzicht in de mogelijke aanpassingen aan het bestaande systeem. (Analytisch)
beschikt over goede communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, heeft een goede basiskennis Frans, Engels zou een groot pluspunt zijn
heeft een goede kennis Excel (draaitabellen, verticaal zoeken, ).
is flexibel om zich minstens 2 keer per week te verplaatsen naar onze andere vestigingen en Breda.
