Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

**How you will contribute**

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**What you need to know about this position**:
LU is the biggest biscuit brand in Belgium and our top priority for the up-coming years. It is a local jewel and the equity is lead locally and you will be a big part of it.

Your main mission is to help consolidate the leadership position of LU in Belgium:

- Together with your manager, you define the local strategy identifying the growth opportunities & developing your marketing plan
- You will act as an inspiring partner with cross functional teams (sales, supply, Finance, CI) with an objective of delivering a top quality execution of your projects
- You manage New Product launches: you own their success
- You work hand in hand with the sales team to assure perfect execution of the marketing plan and to maximize in store visibility
- You build trust relationships with peers, you set up an efficient collaboration between functions to ensure success of your projects.

This role is based in Mechelen (Belgium) and reports to the BM Fuel/LH

- You have 2-3 years of experience within FMCG in marketing (or affiliated fields)
- You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
