Als Compensation & Benefits Manager voor BeNe, geef je leiding aan belangrijke Benefits & Compensation projecten binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt intensief samen met het lokale payroll team in Mortsel en hebt direct contact met de Global Compensation and Benefits Manager. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse teams, zoals HR Business Partners, HR Country Heads, Management en andere business teams. Je maakt deel uit van het Belgium HR Management Team.
In deze rol behoud je te allen tijde het overzicht, waarbij jouw sterke analytische vaardigheden zorgen voor hoogwaardige service binnen gestelde deadlines.
**Functie**:
- Je houdt toezicht op de correcte uitvoering van de loonadministratie binnen België en Nederland, in samenwerking met een team van payroll-experten.
- Je neemt een actieve rol op in het Belgisch Agfa Pensioenfonds (OFP) en zorgt voor de operationele en wettelijke naleving.
- Je waarborgt de juiste toepassing van Agfa's verloningsstrategie, inclusief wetgevings
- en beleidsconformiteit, en coördineert de implementatie van projecten gericht op digitalisering, automatisering en procesverbetering binnen jouw vakgebied.
- Je werkt nauw samen met HR Managers en sociale partners, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de implementatie van collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten en wetswijzigingen.
- Je vertaalt het beleid en de analytics naar inzichten en biedt duidelijke rapportages voor senior management. Je adviseert senior leiders en formuleert aanbevelingen.
- Je blijft up-to-date met betrekking tot jouw expertise, gericht op innovatie en optimalisatie.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in Economie, Handelsingenieur, HR Management, of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring binnen het C&B-domein, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële context.
- Je hebt ervaring met pensioenwetgeving en kennis van het functioneren van het OFP.
- Je bezit praktische en conceptuele kennis op zowel lokaal als globaal niveau, inclusief personeelsadministratie en wetgeving.
- Kennis van diverse systemen en tools zoals SAP en SuccesFactors is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt sterke ervaring in het coördineren en implementeren van projecten en kunt zowel virtuele als non-virtuele teams motiveren, overtuigen en coachen.
- Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden, ervaring met complexe rapportage en data-analyse, en het vermogen om deze om te zetten naar advies en optimalisaties.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende presentatievaardigheden en hebt ervaring in het adviseren van senior managers.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands zijn een must.
- Je bent proactief, servicegericht en resultaatgericht.
