Votre mission est d'assumer la responsabilité de la supervision et de la gestion des stocks afin d'atteindre le succès commercial.

Les tâches et responsabilités essentielles du Back of House Manager sont les suivantes:

- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de l'équipe de l'arrière-boutique afin de veiller à ce que les produits soient déballés en temps voulu et à ce que les opérations se déroulent sans heurts.
- Mettre en place un ordre et une structure clairs dans la zone de l'entrepôt afin de garantir une gestion efficace de l'entrepôt et d'optimiser le flux de travail.
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe de l'arrière-boutique en identifiant et en éliminant les points faibles et en encourageant l'amélioration des performances.
- Vérifier régulièrement la disponibilité des produits dans le système afin de garantir l'exactitude de l'inventaire et d'éviter les erreurs potentielles.
