**About our team**
Our Intellectual Property team concentrates on patent, trademark, design, copyright and tradename issues. Our experts not only avail themselves of all legal knowledge required in these areas but they are also particularly interested in innovation (bio)technology and new media.
**Your tasks**
As IP intern you will become part of the IP/IT practice group in Brussels and become closely involved in our Trademark and Patent practice. You will be given the opportunity to fulfil a role in managing our clients’ trademarks. In addition, the IP/IT team lawyers will call on you to answer various IP related questions.

**Over ons team**
Binnen ons Intellectual Property team concentreren collega’s zich op vraagstukken op het gebied van octrooi-, merken-, modellen-, auteurs
- en handelsnaamrecht. Onze specialisten binnen deze sectie beschikken niet alleen over alle noodzakelijke juridische kennis op deze terreinen, maar hebben ook een bijzondere belangstelling voor innovatie, (bio)technologie en nieuwe media.
**Takenpakket**
Als student-stagiaire(e) IP zal je werkzaam zijn op de sectie IP/IT in Brussel en word je nauw betrokken bij werkzaamheden in onze Merken
- en Octrooirechtpraktijk. Je krijgt de kans om onder begeleiding een rol te vervullen in het beheer van de merken van onze cliënten. Daarnaast word je door advocaten binnen ons IP/IT team ingeschakeld voor diverse vragen op het gebied van IP.

De ideale kandidaat volgt een rechtenopleiding en is voor minstens één maand beschikbaar. Dus, heb je aantoonbare interesse in het Intellectuele Eigendomsrecht, ben je proactief met een hands-on mentaliteit, zeer secuur en gedreven én wil je graag door middel van een student-stage ervaren hoe het is om in een internationaal advocaten
