**Job omschrijving**:
Onze klant is het overkoepelend shared service center van enkele HR-dienstverleners. Ze zijn een gekende waarde in hun sector waar klantentevredenheid uiterst belangrijk is, maar dit enkel gerealiseerd kan worden door tevreden werknemers.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Data Integration Analyst zal je deel uitmaken van een multidisciplinair projectteam, en zorg je ervoor dat de dataflows tussen de verschillende applicaties optimaal verlopen, waardoor de efficiëntie voor de business steeds verhoogt. Hoe doe je dit precies?
- Je werkt mee aan integratieprojecten waarbij interne applicaties gekoppeld worden met externe systemen. Je brengt in kaart welke koppelingen en interfaces nodig zijn en staat in voor het schrijven en het testen van deze interface;
- Daarnaast speel je voor je stakeholders de cruciale rol van SPOC om ervoor te zorgen dat ontwikkelaars de juiste uitleg en ondersteuning hebben voor alle zakelijke integratie en functionele eisen en applicatiespecificaties.
- Je werkt samen met verschillende IT-teams en stakeholders om applicaties en projecten te definiëren, prioriteren en verbeteren.
- Je biedt 2e lijn ondersteuning op de integratielaag. Je analyseert de aanvragen, de urgentie en complexiteit en verzekert dat incidenten op de meest efficiënte manier worden opgelost.

**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een hoger diploma of bachelorsdenkniveau.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in data en/of analyse.
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht, je houdt ervan om relaties op te bouwen;
- Je bent een teamplayer, successen en resultaten bereik je door een sterke samenwerking met je collega’s en leveranciers.
- Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels
