Hou je van een **uitdagend administratief pakket** afgewisseld met **klantencontacten per mail** (ticketing system) en **telefoon**? Dan is deze job als **Customer Care specialist** in een **moderne omgeving** in **Herentals** wat je zoekt Lees snel verder.

Als Customer Care specialist ontferm je je over onderstaande taken:

- Je staat in t**elefonisch contact** met verschillende** B2B-klanten **(zowel voor de Vlaamse als Waalse Belgische markt) en **registreert **nauwkeurig de vraag of de bezorgdheid van je gesprekspartner via het ticketing system
- Je zet je in om deze** tickets doelgericht en efficiënt** te **behandelen **en consulteert hiervoor indien nodig je collega's of doet beroep op de software developpers
- Je doet de nodige **updates **van de **klantendossiers** in het CRM systeem in functie van SQL's, debiteurenbeheer en segmentatie
- Je ondersteunt bij een aantal **administratieve taken**: je houdt handleidingen up-to-date, stuurt bepaalde klantenmailings uit en houdt een goed overzicht van to do's of FAQ's
- Je rapporteert aan de teamleader en managing director

Naast een relevante ervaring binnen Customer Service, laat je vooral je **van nature service
- en klantgerichte instelling** spontaan blijken. Je bent trots op het feit dat je de stem en het kloppend hart vormt van het bedrijf en beschikt over **sterke** **communicatieskills **in het **Nederlands **en **Frans**. Verder ben je **digiminded **en zie je jezelf vlot werken met tools zoals Teamleader en het Microsoft Office Pakket. Je bent iemand die denkt in oplossingen en graag met je collega's in overleg treedt, een echte **teamplayer **dus

**Aanbod**

Als Customer Care specialist binnen deze moderne omgeving met een familiaal karakter kan je rekenen op volgende aanbod:

- Je maakt deel uit van een** klein, matuur team** waarin open en transparante communicatie voorop staat
- Je kan rekenen op een uitgebreide **onboarding** waarin je je collega's en het product (software) grondig zal leren kennen
- Je werkt in een voltijdse week van **37.5 uur** waarbij **4/5e bespreekbaar** is en de werkuren een mooie balans privé-werk haalbaar maken. Je hebt hierbij recht op 20 wettelijke verlofdagen en vervangende feestdagen
- Hoewel thuiswerk niet structureel geïntegreerd is voor het Customer Service team, zijn ze hier zeker zo **flexibel **om je dit toe te kennen wanneer nodig
- Naast je brutoloon, kan je ook rekenen op extralegale voordelen zoals een **bedrijfswagen **en** maaltijdcheques**
