**Preventieadviseur / EHS Manager
- Functieomschrijving**:

- In de rol van **Preventie Adviseur / EHS Manager** ben je de drijvende kracht achter het **veiligheids
- en gezondheidsbeleid **bij onze klant. Je zult een integrale rol spelen bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van **state-of-the-art EHS-programma's.**:

- Als spilfiguur werk je nauw samen met diverse afdelingen om proactieve strategieën te ontwikkelen die de veiligheidscultuur van het bedrijf bevorderen.
- Uitvoeren van regelmatige **inspecties en audits **om de naleving van veiligheidsnormen te waarborgen. Ook het coördineren van **uitgebreide trainingen en bewustmakingsprogramma’s **voor alle medewerkers behoren tot je takenpakket.
- Actieve samenwerking met i**nterne stakeholders en externe instanties** om gezamenlijke veiligheidsdoelen te bereiken.

**Preventieadviseur / EHS Manager
- Profiel**:

- **Bachelor
- of masterdiploma** in een relevant vakgebied zoals **veiligheid, milieu, of techniek. **Met **relevante ervaring **binnen dit domein kan je ook in **aanmerking **komen voor deze positie.
- **Sterke communicatieve-**en **leiderschapsvaardigheden **met een proactieve instelling.
- Certificeringen met betrekking tot **interne audits zoals ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 **zijn mooi meegenomen. Hier kan ook een **opleidingsbudget **worden voorzien indien nodig.
- Ervaring in de **chemische of logistieke sector** wordt aanzien als een **meerwaarde **maar **geen must.**
