Senior Java Developer

For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer who will be responsible to analyze integrations with other parties and systems
**Languages**:FR or NL with a good knowledge of the other national language and English
**Employment Type**:Permanent or Freelance
**Start date**:ASAP
**Responsibilities**:
- As part of the 6th state reform which aims to regionalize new skills, integrate new electronic flows (XML) into the LAMA platform.
- Ensure the delivery of non-legal deliverables in agreement with the Product-Owner.
- Elimination of technical debt.
- You are responsible for the correct and qualitative implementation of your stories
- You communicate efficiently with the different stakeholders (business/functional analysts, solution architect) so that they perfectly understand the priorities of the tasks.
- You ensure that your code is fully covered with unit tests.
- You support the tester to further develop the automated integration tests.
- You actively participate during refinements to work out a good solution together with the team
- You take non-functional requirements into account when developing the solution
- You are able to work out the technical design.
- You document your software thoroughly, without getting bogged down in details.
**Requirements**:
- You are FR or NL with a good knowledge of the other national language and English
- You have a thorough knowledge of OracleDB, PostgreSQL, Java 8+, Java EE7, Quarkus
- A knowledge of low code development (OutSystems) is an asset
- A basic knowledge of Jenkins (pipelines), ArgoCD, Openshift, Docker, Gitlab is an asset.
- You have the necessary experience with (Weblogic) Application servers (WLSTs, Clustering, Deploying.
- You have knowledge of the following tools and technologies: IntelliJ, Postman, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Cucumber, Jira, K6, Grafana, InfluxDB,
- You are agile by nature and you are therefore prepared to participate fully in the scrum story.
- Knowledge of other languages and/or scripting is a plus (eg Gherkin, Groovy,)
