To strengthen our **Information Technology** team, based at the HQ, Brussel, in Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Infra & Services Continuity Solution Lead**.

**About the role**:
Prepare the future for Disaster Recovery and Data Integrity by collaborating with solution leaders and stakeholders to craft comprehensive tactics and seamlessly implement solutions.

Continuously review business requirements and expectations to maintain acceptable SLA/Recovery targets for the disaster recovery plan.

Maintain vigilant oversight of technology, ensuring it remains under control while staying abreast of the latest developments to communicate with stakeholders and contribute to well-informed decision-making processes effectively.

Strive to deliver unparalleled, innovative solutions, setting a benchmark for excellence in the field.

Be a proactive advocate for your ideas, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your innovative contributions are valued.

Establish effective interfaces with internal and external service providers, fostering strong partnerships to enhance operations' overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead response efforts during disasters or emergencies, providing direction and guidance to IT teams to minimize downtime and data loss.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate recovery efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Establish and enforce data integrity policies and controls.
- Implement backup and recovery solutions.
- Ensure procedures meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams.

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills**:

- Possession of ITIL, Project Management, or relevant training in disaster recovery and data integrity as an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of experience in a similar role.
- Five or more years of experience in Disaster Recovery/Data Integrity or related fields.
- Proven expertise in Disaster Recovery/Data Integrity management within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency is an asset.
