Een Client Advisor is nodig om ondersteuning en hulp te bieden aan klanten en nieuwe zaken te ontwikkelen. De ideale kandidaat moet ervaring hebben met klantenservice, zelfstandig kunnen werken en beschikken over uitstekende communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
**Description**
- Als client advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, één voor één ondernemers en vrije beroepen. Dat kan zowel telefonisch, per mail, via onze app als op kantoor zijn. Hebben zij een vraag, dan tracht jij die klantgericht en autonoom op te lossen, of dispatch je ze waar nodig naar je collega’s: de account managers of de district manager.
- Organiseren we een event of komt er een klant langs op ons kantoor, dan zorg jij steeds voor een warme, professionele verwelkoming.
- Vanuit die contacten lever je een belangrijke toegevoegde waarde aan ons team van account managers, die de commerciële contacten met onze klanten trekken. Dat doe je door hen alert mee op de hoogte te houden: pik je in je gesprekken een commerciële behoefte op bij de klant of verneem je relevante informatie, dan geef jij die info onmiddellijk door.
- Verder plan je, naast je eigen agenda, ook afspraken in met klanten. Dat kunnen zowel bestaande klanten zijn, als mogelijke nieuwe klanten die jij als eerste contacteert.
- Daarnaast help je het commercieel team door administratieve ondersteunende opdrachten uit te voeren. Klantgegevens verwerken of controleren in onze systemen, praktische taken opvolgen op kantoor, events logistiek regelen... Wat de opdracht ook is, jij biedt met plezier ondersteuning en werkt elke taak tijdig en zorgvuldig af. Dat steeds met de passende service.
**Profile**
- Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die energie krijgt van veelvuldig klantencontact. Met je klantgerichte flair en luisterbereidheid zoek je voor onze klanten (ondernemers en vrije beroepen) op een professionele manier steeds de gepaste oplossing.
- Je durft proactief de telefoon te nemen, naar gekende en mogelijke nieuwe klanten.
- Je wil graag blijven bijleren. Nieuwe werkwijzen of digitale tools? Jij denkt: bring it on
- Je bent actiegericht en wordt blij van een afwisselend takenpakket.
- Je kan zelf de juiste prioriteiten stellen en maakt zelfstandig je dagplanning.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Liefst kan je je ook uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
- Idealiter heb je een bachelordiploma, maar we verwelkomen ook collega’s die via ervaring competenties opgebouwd hebben.
