Working for the Administration department & Accounting team

As a fast growing company, we are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to strengthen our team.

You work within Administration department & Accounting team, we focus on support given to business lines and FBP department (Finance Business Performance),

We work mainly for our employees based in Belgium, but also for our employees active in our offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Chile, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and France.

As an Administrative & Accounting Assistant, you will participate or take the leading role in
- Meeting & events support to Business Lines
- Organization of mission
- Writing of slides events
- Legal support
- Support to accounting (expenses notes, VISA, payment & reminder)
- Administrative support
- Grants : preparation of files

You may be our future colleague if you ?
- Have a Master's degree (preferably administrative assistant / secretary ), or equivalent through experience.
- Have at least 10 years of experience as assistant or in an administrative department.

More concretely, you:

- Understand the functioning of a company and always act in a customer-oriented way.
- Are open to other opinions and attach importance to building good professional relationships.
- Are creative in finding acceptable and pragmatic solutions and are able to take decisions.
- Have an open dialogue (active listening and empathy) and communicate with conviction. You can express yourself fluently, both verbally and in writing, in French and English, a third language is an asset.
- Work autonomously and are able to work on several projects at the same time while defining your priorities.
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams,...).
