**Votre nouveau rôle**
En tant que Sales Support vous avez pour mission d’informer et de conseiller au client. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les commerciaux et les responsables de filiales. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des appels/mails et êtes en contact quotidien avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes. Vous effectuez diverses actions administratives (encodage des données client, gestion des livraisons,). Vous voyez des opportunités avec les clients et participez à la sélection des produits.
**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes très organisé(e), flexible, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) satisfaction client. Vous possédez une première expérience dans l’agroalimentaire et avez l’esprit commercial. Vous avez une certaine affinité avec le secteur de la viande bovine. Vous justifiez d’un excellent niveau en français et en allemand tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, pour assurer un service de qualité.
