ICARE Executive Search, a Recruitment Company, is looking for an International Franchise Network Manager on a permanent contract for his customer specialized in oil and additves sector. The company's head office is based in Mechelen, but the assignments are mainly on the export market.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working in an international context in the field of oils and additives for internal combustion engines, your main tasks will be to:
- developing a network of independent distributors throughout the world, in particular by taking part in trade fairs and shows, through marketing campaigns, via the existing network, etc.
- leading this network of distributors (training/coaching, support, monitoring objectives, etc.)
- producing a monthly activity report for your management team
- helping to define the strategy for acquiring new distributors.
PROFILE
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be keen to work in the combustion engine oils and additives sector.
You must be bilingual in French and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus: Spanish, German, etc.).
Experiences in the oil and additives' sector or experience in developing a network of distributors is a plus.
You are keen to coach and train your teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: €4,000.00 - €6,000.00 per month
