**Job description**:
**What will you do?**:

- ** Lead production investigations**: Conduct thorough investigations within our production process according to GMP standards to ensure safe product releases.
- ** Primary contact for regulatory agencies**: Act as the main point of contact during inspections and defend investigation strategies.
- ** Drive continuous improvement**: Implement process improvements and lead challenging trend investigations to reduce recurring deviations.
- ** Build strong partnerships**: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of validation and production schedules.

**Profiel**:
**Who are we looking for?**:

- ** Education**: Master’s degree in engineering, science, pharmacy, or equivalent through experience.
- ** Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in a cGMP environment, preferably in cell and gene therapy.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in Dutch or English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- ** Strengths**: Analytical, problem-solving, team player, stress-resistant, and results-oriented.
- ** Expertise**: Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidelines related to ATMPs.
