Bluecrux is a fast-growing consulting & technology company, headquartered in Belgium. We are the market leader in supply chain consultancy and have two innovative SaaS products (Binocs & Axon), both developed in-house.
We grow fast and are ambitious to continue along this growth path in the coming year(s).
To sustain that growth, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist, for a 6-month mission, on an ad-interiM/Freelance basis.
**Your role**:
- As our Brand Marketing Specialist ad interim, you’ll be taking up the current marketing project & event management, coaching the brand marketing team daily, and keeping track of the marketing strategy, -plan and budget
- You oversee and maintain the following day-2-day marketing activities:
- Social media
- Website maintenance
- Corporate (internal & external) communication
- Branding & design requests and follow up
- Internal & external event management
- You’ll cover the progress and execution of the following projects:
- Rollout of corporate & employer branding-related projects, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (HR, broader marketing performance team,)
- Corporate company movie
- PR campaigns & activities
- The rollout of our EVP in concrete employer branding campaigns (job fair positioning, brand ambassadorship,)
- Client relationship management campaigns (e.g. End of year client campaign)
- General event management & rollout:
- From high-level briefing & event strategy to practical rollout with the Support of the office managers and marketing associate
- Concrete ownership of the execution of our annual client event
- Manage internal marketing initiatives:
- Internal communication e.g. launch of an internal newsletter
- Internal events e.g. LFM
- Office branding
- Safeguard Bluecrux brand on different levels:
- Manage our branding material
- Manage our brand asset library
- You’ll take up the coordination, and coaching of a 2 person brand marketing team (agenda, project follow-up, guidance,)
- You’ll take ownership of the progress of the predefined marketing strategy, -plan & -budget, together with your growth marketing specialist colleague:
- Keep track of progress marketing strategy, budget & plan - plan accordingly
- Prepare and co-lead weekly marketing meetings
**Your skills**:
- You have 8+ years of experience in (brand) marketing, with proven track records in a B2B context
- You are hands-on and have a let’s do it mentality when it comes to both planning and executing marketing campaigns on different levels
- You have a big sense of urgency & responsibility
- You have brilliant communication skills that allow you to communicate and work together with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- You know how to organize yourself and above all, you show a meticulous working style, with an eye for detail
- You blend in smoothly with our company values: move fast, dig deep, own it, be kind and come together. In other words:
- You like to get things done, in collaboration with others
- Solving problems does not scare you, yet gives you energy
- You love Fridays but are equally happy on Monday mornings
- Oh, and of course, you are proficient in English, our internal language. Further, you have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French
