Als Site HSSE Manager (Offshore Wind) ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle zaken rondom veiligheid op de **Equans Hoboken Construction site** en stuur je het plaatselijke HSE team aan.

**Wat houdt deze job precies in?**
- implementeren en opvolgen van een HSE-beleid op de Equans Hoboken Yard
- ondersteunen van de hiërarchische lijn met betrekking tot de toepassing van de welzijnswetgeving, de Codex Welzijn op het werk en het HSE-beleid
- implementeren van een HSE-programma in de projectorganisatie (werkplekinspecties voor management, audits over de verschillende sites) volgens de aanwezige managementsystemen (ISO 45001 en Safety Culture Ladder)
- FPOC voor interne/externe klanten, onderaannemers met betrekking tot HSE gerelateerde onderwerpen
- verzamelen en verwerken van HSE gerelateerde data nodig voor de maandelijkse rapportage
- ondersteuning bij de analyse van ongevallen en incidenten en opvolging van de hieruit vloeiende acties
- ondersteuning bij de opmaak van HSE gerelateerde documenten (HSE project plan, procedures en instructies)
- deelnemen aan HAZOP, HAZID, FMEAmeetings en opvolgen van de acties voorvloeiend uit deze meetings
- aansturen van de afdeling HSE op de Equans Hoboken Yard
- je ondersteunt bij de evaluatie en het geven van advies over de opleidingen en introducties die nodig zijn om de HSEQ-prestaties op lange termijn te verbeteren
- je neemt deel aan regelmatige projectvergaderingen over HSEQ-aspecten
- opvolgen van wijzigingen en veranderingen in de wetgeving met de bedoeling om correct geïnformeerd te blijven
- je ondersteunt de uitvoering en ontwikkeling van de veiligheidscultuur teneinde het site management, met inbegrip van het welzijnsbeleid en de welzijnsprocessen
- je formuleert aanbevelingen, adviezen over het gevoerde veiligheidsbeleid en onderneemt acties, zodat een coherent veiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie verkregen wordt
- je voert inspecties uit op de diverse werklocaties en coördineert onderzoeken naar incidenten/ongevallen en HIPO’s door de belangrijkste redenen en trends te analyseren en de uitvoering van corrigerende maatregelen te ondersteunen
- binnen deze functie rapporteer je aan:

- hiërarchisch: HSEQ Division Manager Offshore
- organisatorisch: Site Manager

**Wie ben jij?**
- je bent Preventieadviseur niveau 2
- als HSE manager heb je ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare rol, binnen een projectmatige omgeving
- ervaring in het uitvoeren van audits (intern en extern)
- aantoonbare ervaring met EPCI-projecten (Brownfield, Greenfield)
- je hebt goede kennis van zorgsystemen (ISO9001 - ISO14001 - ISO45001 - VCA-P)
- kennis van SCL is een plus
- je bent administratief sterk
- je bent een resultaatgerichte leidinggevende met oog voor de mensen binnen het team
- communicatief sterk, diplomatisch én een teamplayer
- goed tweetalig (NL-EN), een eventuele derde taal is een plus
