**De functie in 'a nutshell'**
Het Business Intelligence team van Adecco BeLux speelt een belangrijke rol in het voorbereiden, maken en voorstellen van scherpe analyses, duidelijke rapportages met zowel operationele als financiële data. Onze stakeholders zijn divers ; klanten, collega’s in de kantoren, line management en directie alsook regionale & globale afdelingen binnen de Adecco Group.
Het BI & Pricing team bestaat uit 6 personen en rapporteert aan de manager data & business insights.

De teamleader Business Intelligence stuurt het team van business analisten aan (3 collega’s).

**Jouw taken**:

- Het opvolgen van de performance van onze verschillende segmenten en klanten
(rentabiliteit, analyses van klanten, marge en business mix opvolging, met als doel continue optimalisatie van de omzet ontwikkeling en rendement van de Adecco Group.
- Een actieve en sturende rol in het jaarlijkse budgetteringsproces en de periodieke forecasts
- Voorbereiden, uitwerken en opvolgen van de jaarlijkse business planning cyclus. Hierbij biedt de BI afdeling gerichte ondersteuning voor de operaties op het vlak van het commercieel proces. Dit door een leidende rol op te nemen in het opstellen en rapporteren van de branch businessplannen alsook de verdere opvolging van de commerciële ontwikkelingen.
- Het berekenen van de financiële risico van wetgevende wijzigingen, en het vertalen van deze nieuwe vereisten in (business) opportuniteiten.
- Actief betrokken bij de verdere ontwikkeling van het data-warehouse (Azure) met het oog op efficiëntere, gestructureerde en meer kwalitatieve informatieondersteuning voor de verschillende stakeholders.
Dit in samenspraak met IT en in lijn met de data vereisten vanuit de globale organisatie.
- Het analyseren en opstellen van correcte rapportages die een meerwaarde bieden voor onze klanten en kantoren.
Het bewaken van de uniformiteit van en het structureren van de verschillende vormen van vaste rapportages.
- Sparringpartner voor de business owners bij het opmaken en opvolgen van business cases voor projecten en investeringen.
- Het afstemmen van de activiteiten van de afdeling met andere afdelingen
(o.a. finance & accounting afdelingen, marketing, IT, ) om de beoogde resultaten maximaal te ondersteunen en te realiseren.
- in nauwe samenwerking en in goed overleg met andere afdeling(en) afstemmen van processen. Het efficiënt en effectief coördineren van de uitvoering van het activiteitenplan van de afdeling.
- Aansturen van het team in de prioriteitenstelling bij de dagdagelijkse werking.
Coachen en begeleiden van de medewerkers
- Je fungeert met het team als back-up voor het pricing team in het maken van pricing cases
- Je beschikt over een brede kennis en interesse in IT-tools (MS Office), en kan daarnaast ook werken met SQL om complexere data requests op te leveren.
Met PowerBI tover je de data om in leesbare en interactieve dashboards.
- Je beschikt over een brede visie en kan procesmatig en met verschillende teams samenwerken om zo de processen te optimaliseren.

**Je bezit**:

- Kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels (geschreven en gesproken)
- (Basis)-kennis SQL en PowerBi
- Rijbewijs B
- Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring in het vakgebied van business intelligence of business controlling.
- Je hebt een brede financiële kennis maar beschikt evenzeer over een echte business -mindset. Je kan met medewerkers op verschillende niveaus in gesprek gaan en daarbij overtuigend jouw positie verdedigen
