Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.
**Functieomschrijving**:
We’re looking for **2 different similar profiles : (1) a Technical Architect Cloud and Data Center and (2) a Technical Architect Network.**
- You will provide technical leadership and insights for the technologies that have been identified and that are required as part of a solution to Solution Architects;
- You will provide expertise in your disciplines and areas;
- You will maintain roadmap for product components per technology area;
- You will coach, guide and support implementation team, working closely with an external partner;
- You will validate and provide feedback on detailed designs;
- You will elaborate roadmaps and business cases.
- For the Cloud & Data Center position : you will Document the environment using Archimate in SparX following the defined metamodel;
- For the Network Position : you will document the environment using Archimate in ADOIT following the defined metamodel.
**Vereiste ervaring**:
- You have a master degree or you’re equivalent through relevant professional experience;
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience as a Technical Architect;
- You have excellent analytical and technical skills;
- You’re customer oriented, a team player, security minded;
- You have experience working together with (offshore) Service Providers;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, good facilitating and negotiating skills, excellent planning and organizational skills;
- You’re fluent in English, you have good active knowledge of Dutch and/or French, you have at least active knowledge of both Dutch and French.
**For the Network position**:
- You have demonstrated knowledge of : LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, MPLS, VRF, SDN, routing & switching, Endpoint security, NAC, user VPN, PKI, IPAM,... Cisco SD Access stack (DNA, ISE,...), Infoblox, Algosec, Cisco security product (FMC, WSA), F5 (LTM, APM, ASM).
**For the Cloud and Data Center position**:
- Having knowledge of Azure automation, infrastructure as code, consumption and licensing, Oracle and Postgres databases, Data Analytics on Azure, API Management integration technologies and µService Architecture, experience with a multi-cloud environment is each a plus;
- Having certification as (Cloud) Security Architect is a big plus, having experience with Azure AD, SAP IDM, Trustbuilder, Cyberark is a big plus.
