**HR Officer**:
**Voor onze hoofdzetel te Drogenbos, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en pragmatische HR Officer om ons team te versterken.**
**Functieomschrijving**:
- Rekrutering & Selectie van arbeiders (bouw, schoonmaak,)
- Contacten met interimkantoren en arbeidsbemiddelaars onderhouden
- Administratie rond de aanwervingen van nieuwe collega’s en organisatie van het onthaal (verzorgen van on
- en offboarding van nieuwe medewerkers)
- Organisatie, coördinatie en administratie van (cfr subsidiemogelijkheden) opleidingen
- Uurregistraties personeelsleden controleren en uitrekenen (inclusief interim)
- Employer branding campagnes ikv rekrutering mee ondersteunen en lanceren
- Publicatie vacatures op diverse kanalen
- Algemene personeelsadministratie (o.a. aangifte EW, AO, uurregistraties controleren,) & uitrol van HR-projecten
- Stockbeheer & bestellingen
- Vakantieplanning en permanentieregeling
- Administratieve ondersteuning zaakvoerder
(facturatie, verkoopcijfers bijhouden, openstaande bedragen opvolgen,)
- Beheer wagenpark, toegangsbeheer en verzekeringen
**Profiel**:
- Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent een gestructureerde probleemoplosser met een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden
- Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR) en bezit uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent een organisatorische & administratieve duizendpoot
- Je bent stressbestendig en voelt je als een vis in het water in een familiale KMO omgeving
