Restaurant Hostess

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hostess at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Escorting guests to their designated tables or seating areas, providing assistance with seating arrangements and ensuring their comfort.

Assisting guests with any inquiries, including providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Managing guest reservations, coordinating seating plans, and ensuring efficient table turnover.

Collaborating closely with the restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.

Taking and recording accurate guest information, such as names, contact details, and special requests, in order to maintain a comprehensive guest database.

Maintaining an organized and tidy hostess station, including managing menus, reservation books, and other necessary materials.

Coordinating with the hotel's concierge and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Assisting in the planning and execution of special events, such as private parties, banquets, and conferences.

Staying updated on current promotions, menu changes, and other relevant information to effectively communicate with guests.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or similar upscale establishment is preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.

Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
