For the development of our team in La Hulpe (next to Brussels), we are looking for

**TRADEMARK PARALEGAL (M/F)**

Kirkpatrick is a leading Intellectual Property firm, established in Belgium since 1852. Our multilingual engineers and attorneys provide counsel on issues related to patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, licenses, domain names and other IP aspects.

**Your key activities**:

- You handle the administration for the attorneys of the Trademark Department and support them in the management of the portfolios
- You are an expert in administrative procedures related to intellectual property
- You are in daily contact with clients and foreign agents
- You participate actively in our commercial development

**Your profile**:

- You have a few years experience in intellectual property
- Fluent spoken and written French, Dutch and a good working knowledge of English
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook,....)
- You are strong in structured and independent work, but you also work well in a team.
- Proactive, multitasking, positive, team spirit
