**Place of Work**: On Site

The Night shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Team Leaders/Operators' team in order to convey the strategic vision of the site, dsm-firmenich's values and the objectives of his/her department.
The Supervisor supports local management through projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs and deploying better working practices.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provides advice to their teams on production, technical problem solving and working practices that will lead to customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team in line with the company's core values
- Identify and drive the changes to improve production efficiency, increase yield and reduce production costs
- Participate in the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives
- Identify non-conformances and solve problems
- Develop an HSE mindset, transmit it to the team and lead by example"

**You bring**
- 7 years' experience in a production supervision position, ideally in the pharma/chemical/food industry
- French is mandatory, English is a real plus
- a LEAN green belt certification is a real plus
- Ability to handle employee relation issues
- Demonstrated Leadership, good communication skills as well as a continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge in SAP. Some knowledge in MES, EBR and Preactor is a plus.
- Availability to work exclusively at night
