Our client is a fast growing company active in the **manufacturing sector**.
As **Business Performance Analyst **you will be **responsible** for:
- Analyze and report performance in:
- optimizing our performance reporting structure;
- optimizing our KPI dashboard;
- identifying and highlighting opportunities for performance improvement;
- developing reporting material in a succinct and visual manner;
- Support the organization for any analytical request in:
- driving strategic analysis and provide recommendations to any ad hoc requests;
- inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modelling;
- Build a performance-focused culture in:
- working across teams to ensure the right KPIs and targets have been set;
- working across teams to design and develop analytic solutions to meet business needs;
- making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do;
To a lower extent, you will also
- Contribute to the development of corporate business analytics platform in:
- identifying relevant sources of performance data to be included in Datawarehouse;
- proposing appropriate data model enabling accurate combination of different data sources;
- creating efficient mechanism of circulation of information.
The required **profile** for the **Business Performance Analyst **position:
Your education
- At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business administration, Statistics or Economics;
Your experience
- Solid business acumen;
- Solid track record of reliably monitoring performance metrics;
- Very good understanding of commercial, operational, and financial metrics;
Your skills
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong experience with data mining activities;
- Expert in any business intelligence platform;
- Expert in any data visualization principles and tools;
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; background in Access and SQL are considered as assets;
- Excellent in interpreting and communicating the 'story' in the numbers;
- Excellent in backing up your opinions with data and clear well-structured cases;
- Background in statistical analysis;
- Background in database architecture and design;
