Decomo NV in Moeskroen designs and produces prefabricated elements in architectural concrete.Decomo has a well-developed engineering office. The project managers supervise the projects in the field of design, planning, production and realisation. And this in seven European countries, each with its own specific building culture. Production takes place under optimum conditions in a factory. The high-performance production apparatus is continuously optimised through new investments.

**Transport & Onsite Operations Coordinator**:

**In summary, your main responsibilities will include**:
- As a Transport and Onsite Operations Coordinator, you will be at the center of efficiently organizing the planning for our subcontractors onsite.
You will work closely with the team to coordinate loading schedules and optimize transport planning.
The following skills will be helpful in effectively fulfilling this role:
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English to communicate smoothly with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.-
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle the challenges of a dynamic work environment.-
- Resilience to stress and problem-solving skills are essential for anticipating and responding to unexpected situations.-
