Swiss Made and, thanks to industrial production and only 51 parts, available at a democratic price. Since the “second watch” was born in March 1983, hundreds of millions have been sold. In a very short space of time Swatch has become one of the most famous brands in the world - and all the while remaining true to itself. On average, a new Swatch design is created once every one-and-a-half days, keeping time as part of a Spring-Summer, Fall-Winter or as a Special Collection.
**Description du poste**
**Sales**:
- Greeting and advising customers
- Showing proactivity in the whole sales experience
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Support of other staff during the sales (service, gifts, etc.)
- Achievement of individual goals (set by the Store Manager) and contribution towards sales targets
**Various activities**:
- Execution of tasks required by the Store Manager such as: inventory, reorders, various administrative tasks, etc.
- Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and the products displays (cases, counters and furniture)
- Active participation in team meetings
- Respect of the employment regulations (dress code,respect of the schedule etc.)
**Profil**
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Able to assimilate knowledge related to our products
- Teamplayer: keen to develop a pleasant and efficient work relationship with the rest of the team
- Able to provide the customer with the best experience possible, from the greeting to the after sales service
- Retail experience is an asset, but not mandatory, as complete training will be provided
- Languages**:Fluent in Dutch and in English**. French is a plus, but not mandatory.
