**Wat houdt deze vacature in?**:
**KBC Securities in de investeringsbank van KBC Groep, gelegen in Brussel. Dit wil zeggen dat we deel uitmaken van KBC Groep, maar dat we een eigen legale entiteit zijn.**

Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Integrator / Project Lead die de leiding zal nemen over diverse **IT-projecten, business-gedreven verbetertrajecten en de implementatie van de aanbevelingen van auditoren en regulatoren**. Een job die je in contact brengt met collega’s in verschillende entiteiten van KBC Groep en waarin je rapporteert aan de CFO en COO van KBC Securities.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je capteert bij ieder project de noden, zit samen met business stakeholders en vertaalt die noden vervolgens naar requirements en doelstellingen. Om tot de beste oplossing te komen, denk je altijd vanuit jouw klant.
- Je houdt het overzicht over lopende projecten. Is er ergens een issue? Dan breng je de betrokken collega’s samen en onderzoek je samen met hen hoe we best verder gaan.
- Samen met collega’s, geef je de** IT en project roadmap** van KBC Securities vorm.
- Naast projecten rond software implementatie, draag je ook bij tot projecten rond continuous improvement, regulatoire aanbevelingen of contract - en leveranciersbeheer.
