Your Role

1. In our projects, the supply chain planning processes are optimized and supported by an APS-tool. Your job is to design the bi-directional integration between the APS and the ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, Infor, Oracle, Salesforce,), using the Microsoft data stack (ADF and SSIS) fast tracked by Solventure’s proprietary Data Connector.
2. As Solutions Architect Data Integration, you will be responsible for:
1. Interface design
2. Quality assurance
3. Integration project methodology
4. of the data integration workstream / implementation of Solventure’s S&OP projects.
3. Furthermore, you are responsible for the groundwork on new or complex integration patterns with new ERP-integrations (eg Infor, Oracle, Salesforce,) or a new IT landscape configuration
1. You collaborate with Solventure’s data connector product manager.
2. You research, advise and decide on potential approaches and solutions.
3. You interact with ERP & Infrastructure experts (acting as the liaison with our customer’s IT departments).
4. You use your network to source additional support / knowledge /

**4. You facilitate**:
1. Definition of data requirements,
2. Data modelling - in collaboration with our S&OP experts,
3. Interface design & implementation,
4. Data mapping (functionally - based upon input from our S&OP experts & technically),
5. Implementation of data pipelines to extract, transform and upload data,
6. Migration
- and cutover planning in liaison with the overall PM of the project,
7. Quality Assurance and standardization across project.s
5. You work in tandem with the project managers to reach the project milestones & goals with focus on the integration aspects.
6. You develop a close alliance with Solventure’s data connector product manager to drive growth through a common vision, methodology & product roadmap for the Solventure data connector.
7. You advise our clients and S&OP consultants on ERP integration best practices, data architecture, requirements definition and data quality.

**8. You engage in technical pre-sales work**: you advise potential customers on the integration architecture fit for their solutions footprint and systems landscape, facilitate demos of our data connector solution and our integration project methodology.
9. You report to the COO, dotted line into CTO.
10. You are co-responsible for growth and chargeability & Growth of Data Integration team and activities.

Your Profile

1. You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) and have solid experience in Integration Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence or Systems Implementation
2. You have 10 years of experience within data & project-based software implementation environments.
3. You have the capabilities & the ambition to become Solventure’s authority on data integration, you use your soft skills to listen, research, experiment, convince colleagues, help others and collaboratively improve the best-practices within the organisation.
4. You are a seasoned professional with SAP integration experience. Knowledge of database & integration technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Python, REST/OData API’s is key.
5. Demonstrated experience in project driven work and combining multiple projects simultaneously, experience in consulting and customer-facing environments is a plus.
6. Experience in the consumer good manufacturing industry and/ or with supply chain planning use cases is a plus.
7. You are a strong conceptual thinker, yet pragmatic and hands-on in execution and not afraid to deep-dive into the technical details when needed.
8. You can support & unblock the team in occasional troubleshooting activities.
9. Excellent communication skills are essential, you master technical ICT language but also connect easily with business stakeholders. You are comfortable and credible towards diverse audiences, you feel at ease facilitating workshops, training sessions and acting as a sparring partner.
10. You get energized from writing & diagramming tasks.
11. You are analytical and result-oriented, you think in solutions rather than problems.
12. You have excellent planning skills that allow you to easily prioritize.
