**Shift teamleader at BOS**

At BOS (Bee Operation Services), a progressive company in bio-energy, we have an exciting opportunity We are looking for a shift team leader who enjoys taking the lead and wants to contribute to a greener future alongside the team.

**Shift teamleader in action**:

- As a team leader you will be responsible for operating:

- The grate furnace fueled with 100% biomass
- The condensing steam turbine
- Associated peripherals such as biomass transport and feeding, flue gas cleaning, cooling tower, demineralized water preparation, wastewater treatment, fire fighting, and prevention equipment.

Your tasks also include:

- Monitoring all different processes both as a screen operator and in the field.
- Identifying, preventing, and resolving potential faults in terms of safety, environment, and process, aiming to manage the installation within the applicable safety and environmental legislation at the highest possible efficiency.
- Working preventively, predictively, and correctively.
- Coordinating activities within your team and being responsible for shift reporting. You are the link between management and operational employees, ensuring smooth processes and achieving objectives.
- In case of emergencies, you are the person who takes charge and acts quickly and effectively to gain control of the situation. You are resilient to stress and can keep a cool head, even in the most challenging circumstances.

**Required skills**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Having certifications such as: first aider, fire fighting, a driver's license for the telehandler, etc., is certainly advantageous.
- English language proficiency is important as we are an international team.
- Experience in energy generation through combustion is a plus (waste to energy).
- Working in shifts according to a 12-hour shift pattern (6 am to 6 pm / 6 pm to 6 am).
- You possess leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: From €3.600,00 per month
