Klinkt deze job als **expat **Technical Manager jou al als muziek in de oren?
- Allereerst start je met een uitdagende **opleidingsperiode** van ongeveer **6 maanden** in hun grootste productiesite, daarna begint het echte werk
- In deze rol zal je dagelijks **30 techniekers **moeten** aansturen** en begeleiden
- Om een **helicopterview** over de productie te behouden, spendeer je jouw tijd hoofdzakelijk **op de productievloer**:
- Hierdoor kan je adequaat het **onderhoudsplan** opstellen alsook nieuwe (investerings)**projecten** plannen
- Om dit onderhoud en deze installaties te volbrengen sta je in contact met Belgische en lokale onderaannemers
- Bovendien ben je **hands-on** ingesteld en in staat om ook zelf onderhoudsingrepen uit te voeren en jouw personeel hierin op te leiden
**Functievereisten**:
- Je behaalde minstens een **Bachelor** of **Master** **Elektromechanica/Industrial Engineering**:
- Bovendien spreek je al een woordje **Spaans** en Engels, en ben je bereid om Spaans volledig onder de knie te krijgen
- Aan een bureau zitten is niet voor jou weggelegd, jij bent een **hands-on** **peoplemanager **die graag op de productievloer komt en met allerlei soorten profielen overweg kan
- Je hebt dan ook al **relevante, leidinggevende werkervaring **binnen het domein onderhoud
- Je bent **bereid om te verhuizen** en te leven in een ander land voor een periode van meer dan 15 jaar, bij voorkeur voor de rest van jouw carrière
**Aanbod**:
