Onze partner is op zoek naar een Process & Quality Manager om hun management team te versterken. Dit gerenommeerd productiebedrijf gelegen in de regio **Sint-Niklaas** is internationaal actief binnen de **voeding** en staat bekend omwille van hun kwaliteitsgerichtheid, duurzaamheid en innovatie.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**
Als Process & Quality Manager kom je terecht in een familiale omgeving en krijg je de **verantwoordelijkheid over het hele kwaliteitsbeheer in de site**. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten:
- Meewerken aan het **strategisch verhaal** binnen de organisatie vanuit het kwaliteitsoogpunt
- De kwaliteit garanderen binnen de volledige flow van grondstof tot eindproduct
- Instaan voor alle ontwikkelingen inzake **productieprocessen en kwaliteitsprocessen** op de site in nauwe samenwerking met de productiemanagers en twee kwaliteitsmanagers.
- De **efficiëntie en prestaties van de interne productieprocessen** beheren
- Opvolging van **klantenbezoeken** en **klantenaudits**:
- Meewerken aan de **continue verbetering** van de bedrijfsprocessen met oog op rendementsverbetering en optimale klantentevredenheid.
- Borg staan voor het **kwaliteitssysteem** en het coördineren van alle interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits
- **Leiding en coaching** geven aan twee kwaliteitsmanagers en de medewerkers van het kwaliteitsteam
- Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de directie
**Wie ben je?**
Om bovenstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden succesvol uit te oefenen, beschik je als Process & Quality Manager over een **master in de voeding **aangevuld met een **enkele jaren relevante werkervaring**. Je bent communicatief vaardig in het **Nederlands **en** Engels**. Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van **IFS**, **BRC**, **HACCP**, etc. en kan je vlot ideeën vertalen in concrete acties op korte en lange termijn. Verder ben je een **people manager** met **analytische** en **organisatorische** vaardigheden. Tot slot sta je stevig in de schoenen en kan je anderen motiveren en enthousiasmeren.
