**Mission**:

- The** IT Functional Expert** provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of the customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmaps, and the context in which the business operates. You are to be a source of inspiration, be autonomous and challenging to both business requirements and IT proposed solutions.
- The **IT Functional Expert** is responsible for review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.

**Responsabilities**:

- As **IT Functional Expert**, the main responsibilities are:

- **Manage** customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process t to build trust with the business, while still being challenging towards their requirements and proposed solutions
- **Provide** and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- **Collaborate** closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- **Identify** improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) to enable business development
- **Assess** business process and system inefficiencies
- **Identify** ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
- **Understand** and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- **Create** and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications,
- **Meet** with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
- **Work** in close relationship with Business to prioritize the requests backlog based on business needs and overall priorities Serving as a liaison between project team and users
- **Estimate** workload with developers.

**Profile**:

- You have a master's degree in computer engineering/economics/business administration
A minimum of 6 years' experience in business/functional analysis
A least 3 years' experience in banking or financial sector
Good Knowledge of data management principles: data modeling, data quality, data lineage
Experience in a number of major data analytics projects: Datawarehouse, Data Lake, BI
The ability to work closely with users to challenge and determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation and data/process visualization skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Project management knowledge and team player
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience in Agile Methodology
Ability to work and communicate with all profiles in a multidisciplinary team
Good communication and writing skills
Pragmatic, proactive, rigorous, and process-respectful
Stress resistant
Autonomous
Very good domain knowledge
Flexibility: Adapt your behaviour and approach to the situation and a changing environment
