- **The position**

Reporting to the Sales Manager BTB, the Key Account Manager Hospitals, Wholesalers and Elderly Homes is responsible for the net revenue of +/- 10 mln € in the Belgian and Luxemburg Market.

In this role, the Key Account Manager is expected to inspire and support the sales team of 2 hospital representatives to reach his or her objectives.

**Main responsibilities**
- Yearly set up of a key account growth plan for the channels in scope: Hospitals, Wholesalers and Elderly Homes. Expected revenue 10 mln €.
- Accountable for the perfect execution of the yearly key account growth plan.
- Perform yearly negotiations for key accounts, including rebates.
- Manage, inspire and coach a team of 2 hospital representatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, other Key Account Manager, (Trade) Marketing, Finance, Demand planning, and Regulatory departments.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting, analysis & conclusions, and converting into them into short term and midterm action steps.
- Part of the sales team BTB, reporting to Sales Manager BTB.

**Knowledge/experience**
- Master of Bachelor degree level.
- 5 years of sales/commercial experience in the industry, key account management experience for Hospitals is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of and relationship with Belgian and Luxemburg Pharma trade partners in scope.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Knowledge of the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good Excel, Power BI and Powerpoint skills.
