**Do**:

- **Support**. You assist the general manager and support other department heads. You also work closely with HR, accounting and marketing. You perform shifts as duty manager on some bank holidays and weekends.
- **Manage**. You take care of future and new staff members. You handle HR related matters such as preparation of payroll, trainings, annual reviews, holiday counters, seniority, absences and all HR staff questions.
- **Invoice**. You monthly invoice the shops of the hotel. You also control and follow up on some hotel invoices.
- **Administrate. **You coordinate internal meetings & staff events from A-Z, manage correspondence, and answer phone calls.
- **Interact. **You answer guests comments on different platforms and relate all issues to the concerned department head.
- **Promote. **You are responsible of the green strategy of the hotel by renewing annually green labels, leading internal green meetings, organizing green events, following up on actual green actions and looking for new green initiatives.
- **Control. **You are the point of contact for any work accident & incident and you control the safety boxes, defibrillator, risks at work, medical visits and well-being at work.
- **Communicate.** You feed social media with hotel actions and events. You present the hotel to students.
- **Solve.** You are a pro at managing stress and finding solutions.
- **Improve. **You contribute to a positive working atmosphere in the hotel and propose actions or services that ensure our internal and external clients will have a unique working or guest experience.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the overall business objectives of the hotel.
