Het netwerk Noolim zoekt een

enthousiaste en geëngageerde **psychiater **voor het ondersteunen van **een team intensief casemanagement illegale drugs**

**Het netwerk Noolim **bouwt aan versterkte zorgtrajecten voor personen met een complexe psychische problematiek waarbij het gebruik van illegale drugs op de voorgrond staat. Hiervoor wordt **een multidisciplinair team ( 3,5 VTE ) met expertise in de verslavingszorg **samengesteld dat inzet op **intensief casemanagement.**

Dit team beweegt zich tussen GGZ, welzijn en justitie en zal steeds in functie van de noden van de cliënt op dat moment een intensief zorgaanbod faciliteren.

Basisprincipe is dat **elke netwerkpartner **kan aanmelden bij het team voor intensief casemanagement.

De gezochte psychiater is **bij voorkeur nog deeltijds werkzaam bij de partnerorganisaties **, en dit zowel bij een ambulante en/of residentiële zorgvoorziening. Deze samenstelling moet winst opleveren op vlak van toeleiding, zorgcontinuïteit en gemeenschappelijke visieontwikkeling, maar ook op vlak van kennisopbouw en intervisiemogelijkheden.
- Tewerkstellingspercentage: 6 uren per week

- Je beschikt over een diploma van psychiater en bent klinisch werkzaam bij een netwerkpartner.
- Je hebt een brede interesse, alsook een sterke affiniteit en/of ervaring in het therapeutisch werken met volwassenen met een illegale verslavingsproblematiek en hun context.
- Je hebt ervaring met de doelgroep binnen een breed zorgcontinuum van gespecialiseerde psychotherapeutische interventies tot harm reduction
- Je bent bereid om op indicatie outreachend en aanklampend te werken in de context van de doelgroep ( thuis, straat, voorzieningen,)
- Je diagnosticeert en behandelt zowel medisch-psychiatrisch als psychotherapeutisch en ondersteunt een multi-diciplinair team dat inzet op intensief casemangament.
- Je hebt ervaring in het inspireren en enthousiasmeren van medewerkers die multidisciplinair samenwerken, via inter/supervisie en gedeelde zorg.
- Je bent innovatief en kan ‘ out of the box ‘ denken.
- Je bent sterk in het verbinden van medewerkers, actoren actief op verschillende levensdomeinen.( brugfunctie )
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan onderhandelen op niveau van de doelgroep en op beleidsniveau.
- Je gelooft in de meerwaarde van een geïntegreerde samenwerking en bent een verbindende partner in zorg
- en welzijnsnetwerken.
- Je neemt als eindverantwoordelijke een superviserende rol op
- Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitbouw van sectorale en intersectorale samenwerkingsverbanden.
