For one of our clients active in the financial sector, we are looking for a Compliance Expert.
- In terms of Compliance, you will ensure the proper implementation of regulations (including the RGPD, anti-money laundering, business regulations...) and the respect of procedures.
- You will check the compliance of processes, manage the mapping of compliance risks, and participate in operational tasks to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
- In terms of quality, you will implement and manage quality improvement actions in accordance with the group's quality policy.
- You will manage the quality documentation system, manage the KPI's relating to quality and define the action plans for the Quality Management Review. You will manage the complaints monitoring system and follow up on their resolution in collaboration with the Business.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the rules of compliance and ethics are properly implemented in the company, and for evaluating the impacts and changes to be implemented as part of the regulatory watch (UPC, etc.)
- You must ensure the compliance part of the projects implemented in the company, regulatory compliance of the processes developed.
- Define and carry out the "compliance" control plan and ensure the follow-up of the recommendations made
- Reporting on the activity, participate in the management of the anti-money laundering policy of the company: analysis and decisions relating to AML alerts Produce and analyze data relating to the activity.
- Quality: Manage the documentation base supporting the quality program for each of the company's businesses (processes, procedures, instructions, job descriptions, etc.)
- Manage the quality program (communication, training)
- Follow-up of KPI's and action plans decided in the framework of the quality program
- Reporting on the activity

**Profile**
- Bachelor or Master level education.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: compliance, audit / internal control; risk management, quality management Excellent analytical skills. (Experience in data analysis is certainly a plus)
- Bilingual French / Dutch + practice of English
- Good knowledge of Excel. Access is a plus.
- Genuine interest in understanding the company's operations and processes and in acquiring new professional knowledge
- Customer and result oriented approach. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Critical thinking and attention to detail, team player but also able to work independently.
