**Function**:
To support our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a foreman to join our repair shop.

As a foreman, you will work with your team of mechanics to maintain, check and repair our fleet (trailers, trucks, vans, cars). With your strong technical knowledge, you will advise on repairs and help to execute them. Problems on the workplace or an employee with questions? Like a real coach, you help everyone forward and make sure they feel comfortable on the workfloor.

Finally, you are responsible for some administrative tasks such as planning, stock management, pre-invoicing and reporting.

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinating and coaching garage employees/mechanics.
- Operational assistance with repairs, inspections and maintenance (trailers, trucks, vans and cars)
- As a foreman, you will set up the necessary schedules for the team.
- Ensuring that all supplies are ordered on time.
- Administration of work completed as well as preparation of pre-invoicing.
- Reporting of work, problems and concerns.

- You have at least an A2 degree in car mechanics or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment.
- Your hands-on mentality means you are not afraid to perform the repairs. You are involved in the job, ensuring that tasks continue to run smoothly.
- Coaching is easy for you, so your team knows they can count on you.
- Knowledge of: mechanics, electricity and hydraulics
- You communicate in Dutch and English. Do you also speak other languages? If yes, this is a plus.
- Administrative tasks do not bother you. You already have a basic knowledge of this or are willing to learn it.
- Communicating openly and correctly with your team, purchase and fleet colleagues comes naturally to you.
