For our site in Wilrijk, we are looking for a Coordinator Warehouse.
**YOUR CHALLENGES**
Leading the logistics warehouse operations on a daily basis is your main responsibility. You do this by monitoring returns and maintaining an overview.
So what exactly will you be doing?
- You are committed people manager who knows how to steer, coach and inspire a team of operators like no other
- Coordination of internal consultation across various internal business units in order to achieve the commercial objectives within this segment
- Depending on the workload, you do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves yourself
- The work instructions are clearly formulated. You ensure that they are known and followed.
- Together we go for zero incidents By clearly communicating instructions and procedures, you ensure a high level of safety awareness.
- As a 5S ambassador on the floor, you convey this ideology to your people.
- You think creatively and solution-focused about problems.
- Through close cooperation with administration, you ensure optimal operations and guarantee the best customer service.

- As Bachelor level of thinking
- Strong communication skills and diplomatic attitude

- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
