As a Business Development Manager, you are the driving force behind prospecting for new business accounts in the Waasland region. You get energy from building new and lasting customer relationships. You work from home and visit customers. You will use your network and social media to expand our customer portfolio, convincingly presenting our diverse range of products and services. To achieve your goals, you will be immersed in both technical aspects and product and service offerings during a thorough 4-month training.
**Description**
- Develop customized proposals in response to the needs of potential clients, ensuring transparent communication about guarantees and specific clauses
- Collaborate with the account managers in complex cases, calling on technical and administrative support when necessary. Your creative and organized input will play a crucial role in the implementation of the new sales strategy.
- Presenting the company enthusiastically and professionally to potential new customers, making them want to become customers.

**Profile**
- Results-oriented negotiator who possesses great persuasiveness and is able to negotiate contracts at various levels
- Bachelor or master degree required
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch
- Successful experience in sales within the banking and insurance sector
- Independent and good organization of work.
