Alizée's team is looking for its new Analyst Sales Support.
**Context**:
We are looking for an IT minded, analytical and proactive professional to develop and support our Field Sales department. Our most important stakeholders are the field force visiting our customers in order to promote visibility and availability to boost our sales.
As Analyst Sales Support you are responsible to maintain and setup the tools used by our field sales force.
You work in close collaboration with the business to look for automation in order to be more time efficient, and you are the link between Field Sales, CRM and the BPT teams.
**Your job will involve**:
- Responsible for testing, supporting, optimizing & setting - up corporate systems e.g. SalesForce (our CRM platform), SAP, Mobile Ordering (our internal SAP ordering tool), RedOne, Contract App, PET Tool
- Change management: Responsible to train & present to our internal stakeholders & new users on our tools.
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Develop new checks to perform system governance on daily / weekly / monthly basis via Alteryx.
- Follow-up with BPT on change & incident requests.
- Coordinating the Picos set-up and update with the Commercial Development teams (Reorg).
- Manage upload & maintenance in SAP of the Wholesaler allotments.
- Connect with frontline stakeholders in order to be the soundboard (be in the field 2 days per quarter).
- Teamplayer, where you work closely with Field Sales team, Central Team, Commercial Development team, ESF Team, Project Team, Data stewards and BPT
**The profile that will make a difference**:
- ICT degree or Business degree (or equivalent through work experience).
- You have a strong analytical mind and attention for detail.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Access, Salesforce, SAP and Alteryx, or willing to learn.
- A real passion for systems and new business technologies.
- Shows flexibility and is open to change.
- Solution driven: be creative and think innovative.
- Service minded: Proactively looks for ways to increase customer satisfaction, and ensures a customer oriented attitude in the team.
- Good oral & written communication.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
