**About the company**: Our client is an International brand owner active in the consumer healthcare segment which are sold in pharmacies, para-pharmacies and on e-commerce pharmacy platforms.

With growing international presence, they are active in multiple categories such as Calming & Sleeping, Beauty & Medicated Foot Care. To feed their purpose, they focus the business on 3 pillars: their people, innovation & strong omnichannel distribution.
The growing business needs and the continuous development of the channel requires a special attention on the management of e-commerce. As a matter of fact, Vemedia Consumer Health was one of the first to invest with the newly establishing pure players in Belgium. This first mover advantage have settled a strong ground of collaboration between them and the e-retailers. Reporting to the Sales Manager Belux we are therefore recruiting for an E-commerce Manager.
**About the job**
As E-commerce Manager, you will be in the lead of the e-commerce business, carry out negotiations, set up activation and promotion plans and ensure full follow-up in order for the sales objectives to be met. You are managing directly the Brand (E-)Activation Manager.
- Deliver sales, profitability and visibility targets by stimulating growth in turnover, margin and market share.
- Develop & maintain solid relationships with assigned portfolio of customers to deliver win/win agreements.
- Negotiate annual trade terms and implement account plans in line with the company's action plans and strategy
- You develop (joint) actions, marketing activities and promotion plans with your clients.
- You introduce new products and concepts to existing and possibly new customers
- Conduct (quarterly) business reviews internally & externally to measure progress against sales targets and ensure the next steps are implemented.
- Enhance online execution on retailer sites by leading an initiative that identifies and closes performance gaps to achieve e-commerce priorities
- Co-build, coordinate and collaborate closely with cross functional teams in order to bring to life e-commerce projects
- Identify new e-commercial growth opportunities and translate them into actionable proposals.
- You have 3+ years of experience with e-commerce, preferably within healthcare
- You have relevant experience in e-commerce and/or account management
- Strong ability to create long-term partnership with key customers
- Excellent negotiation skills and force of persuasion
- High level of autonomy & pro-activity in looking for growth opportunities
- A hands-on attitude with project management skills and respect for deadline
- Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Fluently in Dutch, French and English
