Test Coordinator

**Context of the mission**

To ensure its role as a distribution network operator and facilitator in a rapidly changing energy market, our client must regularly adapt its business and IT tools in order to integrate new market processes allowing the exchanges and processing of information between the different actors of the Belgian energy market (MIG6) but also to take into account the new tariff policies.

In this context, the client wishes to strengthen its team of test coordinators for the management of the test activities organized in some of its "Market" projects.

**Main tasks**
- Define and maintain the test strategy in line with the test methodology and project acceptance criteria (entry/exit criteria) for functional and non-functional aspects (NFR - load/performance/security)
- Define and coordinate the activities to be carried out during the different test phases (definition and execution of test plans, data preparation,...) and manage the different teams / stakeholders (DEV, BA, Businesses)
- Facilitate the implementation of testing by the business teams and the various Walloon energy suppliers through impeccable communication (attitude, language skills, availability, etc.)
- Define the organization of tests in the test tools (HPQC/Azure Test Plans) taking into account the rules of good practice.
- Identify and maintain the test schedule including monitoring the availability of the different test environments during all test periods
- Ensure the follow-up of the defects raised and define their prioritization in collaboration with the project manager, the business interlocutor(s), the BA representative(s) and the DEV representative(s)
- Guarantee the consistency of the information present in the test tools (status test vs defects, organization of the tests,...) with the help of the "scripts" made available and with the support of Lead Testing
- Set up monitoring indicators (based on the client's standards) and guarantee their quality to support the decisions of the project and steering committees

**Required profile**:
We are looking for a Test Coordinator with 5-10 years of proven experience in a Test Coordinator role. The consultant must have the necessary hindsight to be able to anticipate the hazards associated with the test and will himself have a test execution role.

From a "soft skills" point of view, the consultant is expected to be:

- Oriented "sense of service" to the customer, diplomat and with a "coach" spirit
- Autonomous, able to work in a team and with a very good ability to communicate
- Able to adapt his speech according to the target audience (Dev, BA, Tester, Project Manager, Business)
- Dynamic, pragmatic, proactive and demonstrates a certain level of assertiveness when required, French speaker
