**Antwerp, Belgium - Partial remote work**
Your location is Antwerp. You are also willing to travel to Liège and Eindhoven (the Netherlands). You are in the office at least three days a week.

We are looking for you, as an IT Project Manager, to strengthen our IT team in Antwerp.
**Your challenge**:
- As an Agile IT Project Manager you have a passion for Agile; you believe in Agile and you radiate that and you know how to deal with resistance in the business.
- You actively contribute to company growth by focusing on quality and continuity.
- As an experienced IT Project Manager, you are the driving force behind larger projects.
- We are currently looking for someone who will take responsibility for an Azure Tenant Migration. In the long term, this can be expanded with other projects such as product implementations and future-proofing the insurance landscape.
- Strong stakeholder management, a results-oriented mindset and the ability to bring together suppliers, agile scrum teams and two different country organizations (Belgium and the Netherlands) are a must.
**Your duties**:
- Organizing, rolling out and following up ICT projects and programs from A to Z and DELA wide;
- You are responsible for IT support for business projects and programs;
- You have an eye for analysis and evolution, innovation and alternatives, centralization and methodology;
- You help analyze business processes in collaboration with the business;
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of our project approach;
- You are responsible for maintaining and monitoring the project budget;
- You ensure that the 'security' aspect is always included and you map out security and continuity.
**Your profile**:
As an IT Project Manager, you are an expert in Agile working and process coaching and in solving and addressing obstacles, conflict management and negotiation.You are energetic and an inspiration to those around you. Passionate about IT projects? A crack at planning and organizing? Communicative and driven by quality? Then you are the IT Project Manager we are looking for
- Planning and organizing: with your careful approach you bring every task to a successful conclusion, even if there is a tight deadline attached to it
- You plan well on your own, but you also feel like a fish in water within a team.
- You have experience as a Project Manager in an agile environment and with the necessary tools (JIRA+ and Azure Boards) to manage Agile processes.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile Framework are a must.
- It goes without saying that you have excellent oral and written expression skills.
- You are communicative and helpful, you are someone who faces challenges head-on, accurately and driven by quality.
- You always look for the best solution.
- You have a critical eye and dare to argue clearly and convincingly;
- Resting on your laurels is not for you; you want to move forward and are not afraid to take initiative yourself.
- **You speak and write Dutch and English with ease.**:
- Knowledge of integration techniques and IT technical insights and affinity with IT production processes and lifecycle planning are a bonus.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a master's degree in IT along with certifications in the field of project management.
- You have at least five years of relevant work experience as a project manager of complex projects with a heavy technical component.
