Job Description

The Company is growing through acquisitions. In the last year we acquired 25+ companies of different size. We would like to integrate those companies in our IT landscape, bring their IT infrastructure to their standard and integrate them in our central IT support organization.

In the project you will support the project manager to:

- Perform the intake of the acquired company’s current IT environment. The intake process should allow us to have a full understanding, including detailed technical documentation, of the current IT environment of the acquired company.
- Work together with the specialists and architects to design the future environment for the acquired company in accordance with our standards.
- Assist the PM to build a realistic plan to migrate from the current environment to the future environment in an efficient and compliant way, with a high focus on risk mitigation for the business.
- Help to identify potential security risks / points of exposure along the way to avoid risk to the company during the migration and to ensure a compliant secure state is met.
- Work together with partners to deliver the services that are already outsourced (server hosting, Cloud, Active Directory)
- Perform migration tasks for the services that are still supported in house : network, end user computing.

You will be part of the Merger & Acquisition project and report to the project Manager.

Mission

Use your technical knowledge and experience to support our IT Ops Merger & Acquisition project to integrate our acquired companies in the IT landscape and as such bring compliance, security and solid operational support.

**Profiel**

You have a broad technical knowledge that can be used to find the right end to end solution for the acquired company or to bring the acquired company to a supported setup. Our architects & specialists will support you with their more deep dive technical knowledge in the different technology areas.

You have a broad knowledge in multiple of the following domains:

- Server Hosting technology
- VMWare
- Veeam backup
- Server & storage hardware
- Network technologies including
- Cisco LAN & WLAN technologies
- WAN : both MPLS & SDWAN
- ZScaler
- Firewall
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- On Prem AD
- Active Directory migrations
- End user computing
- Packaging software
- SCCM
- Additional
- DNS

Educational Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent experience
- You are passionate about technology and more specific technologies around network
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must
- ITIL Certification
- Technology certifications are a plus
