**Functiebeschrijving**

Je coördineert de volledige levenscyclus van een IT-project, van bij het inventariseren van de functionele behoeftes tot en met de finale oplevering en overdracht aan Service Management. Daarbij volg je de overeengekomen normen op inzake technologie, timing, kwaliteit en budget.
Je staat in voor de communicatie met alle stakeholders en garandeert de interne coördinatie bij de werkzaamheden (business, juridisch, technisch) met het oog op de tijdige realisatie van de projecten.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de noden van de belanghebbenden door de IT-projecten effectief opgelost zijn en staat systematisch in voor het communiceren van alle relevante informatie over de lopende projecten.
Daarnaast volg je de ontwikkelingen in de informatietechnologie en in de evoluerende wetgeving binnen het domein van de sociale zekerheid op om zo een relevante meerwaarde te betekenen in gesprekken met de betrokken partijen.
Tot slot draai je mee op strategisch niveau met onder meer aandacht voor tevredenheidsenquêtes, het bestuursplan, prioriteiten, balanced score cards en interne controle.

**Profiel**

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma en hebt relevante ervaring in IT-projectbeheer.
Je gaat methodologisch te werk: je kan prioriteiten bepalen en je kan de verschillende partijen van het project coördineren.
Je bent bij voorkeur vertrouwd met de werking en de structuur van de sociale zekerheid en sociale actoren.
Bovendien ben je een uitstekend communicator met sterke luister-, assimilatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, en kan je duidelijk en volledig rapporteren.
Je beschikt over een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en bent klant
- en resultaatgericht.
Je hebt een actieve kennis van de tweede landstaal.
