**Compensation and Benefits Manager.**
The Compensations & Benefits Manager EMENA is a member of the EMENA HR team and serves as a business partner to the Kemin management team on compensation & benefits and advises on labor legislation and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:
As
**Compensation & Benefits Manager EMENA** at Kemin you will be responsible
**from A-Z** for all Compensation & Benefits activities in the region. Your responsibilities will be:
- **
Lead projects** around total reward, job design & job classification, career paths, compensation & benefits policies,
- ** Act as an expert on labour law and compliance** in collaboration with external partners
- Research and evaluates market pay levels and trends to develop programs to attract, retain and engage talent
- ** Manage and coach the HR officers** in your team who will be responsible for **HR administration and payroll.**:
- Participate in benchmark surveys to gain the understanding of market trends and transform those trends into our company
- ** Play a key role** in the annual salary review process, budgeting process and the bonus process
- Keep up to date on legislation that may affect compensation and benefits, policies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- ** Lead the EMENA Compensation Committee**

- Experience as **Compensation & Benefits Manager, or HR Manager/Business Partner** with experience in C&B
- Good knowledge about labour legislation
- Master / Bachelor degree with **+- 5 years of experience**:
- Fluency In **English and Dutch** is required
- ** Strong leadership skills** to bring projects to a successful conclusion
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate at all levels in the organisation, from shop floor to senior leadership
- ** Good **analytical and critical thinking**:
- A high degree of personal motivation and a distinct sense of urgency
- ** Solution oriented**:
- Hands
