**Terminal Solutions & Services (TSS)**

As dedicated Global Business Line within Worldline, TSS is developing terminal hardware and software to support internal and external partners in their acceptance and acquiring business.

The different teams in this department are responsible for the whole chain of the development, from customer request analysis, technical roadmap, development, testingup to the delivery and technical support.

**Mission**:
As Project Manager in the CTAP team, you are responsible for basic project management deliverables such as planning and project organization. You will make sure your projects will be completed. All of this of course within scope, on time and on budget You will participate in the development and technical team meetings and will help with preparation of Steering community meeting, monitor achievements of the projects, supervise the project-related documentations, helping with planning certifications and making sure all in on track.

You will cooperate with a flexible development team consisting of colleagues in The Netherlands, Belgium and abroad, which means that good interpersonal skills are crucial. You could be involved in the support of off-shored activities. Our development methodology is based on Agile/Scrum. We offer you an environment where you can improve and deploy your technical and personal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, organizing, and steering towards the completion of your projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Planning the activities for development & QA trams in CWE region and related projects.
- Update project documents
- Coordinating a project team to perform work.
- Managing deliverables and communication to the customers and other partners / companies that involved.
- Supervise progress and costs.
- Collect and communicate customer needs / concerns from the customers to the team and back.
- Reporting.
- Coordinate work with customers and to develop a complete project plan
- Act as the technical lead of this team in the Netherlands, though located in Belgium.

**Skills & experience**:

- Strong project management skills (Certified PMP, PM2, Agile / Scum, PRINCE2 is big advantage).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in tech management/team lead
- At least 3 years’ experience as a project manager
- Preferably technical background, hardware & software (embedded/C++, Kotlin)
- Planning, budgeting experience
- Experience with digital processes, Jira, Confluence, Sciforma, etc. (big advantage)
- Client project management / tech support to sales (Business to Business)
- Preferably experience in payments / eft products /cards/ EMV
- Dutch and English speaking and writing (French is advantage)
- Experience working in multinational, multidisciplinary teams.
