We are looking for our future purchase officer.

Your future role:
In the Purchasing department, under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the right material availabilities in stock to meet our daily operations. To do so, by leveraging our systems and maintaining good relationships with the stakeholders (internal and external), you identify the short term and long term needs, review prices and quality, deliveries, ensure optimal stock levels, identify and capture cost improvements and added values.

Your future responsabilities;
Have a daily attention to the needs and ensure the availabilities of material at the best QCD. You identify and analyze the requisitions through the ERP, place and track orders to ensure timely delivery (OTS), monitor the quality, check and approve invoices. You keep a regular and good relationship with the suppliers, report and discuss KPIs, and how they can be improved with sustainable mindset. At short term, take the subcontracting activities responsibilities.

With the support of the Supply Chain Manager, the Purchasing officer will identify and propose improvements, on cost and materials, that will bring added value within the Operations. On the portfolio assigned, research new potential vendors for driving alternative qualifications based on defined specifications, benchmark and evaluate the offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Liaise with the other strategic buyers in the group to harmonize, share and improve Purchasing activities, and be part of the risks management discussions including R&D that will secure the Supply Chain activities.

To ensure the continuity of our Supply Chain, regularly maintain the system (purchase agreement, Forecasts, Safety Stocks, lead times, lot sizes, frame orders,). In close collaboration with all the internal departments, you assist and challenge the internal and external stakeholders.

Within the Purchasing Department, you will closely work with another Purchaser, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You can be asked to perform any other tasks related to the supply chain activities.

**Profil**: PROFILE:

- Bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years of proven track record with Purchasing responsibilities.
- Knowledge of an ERP system.
- French and English (B1).
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Be able to perform analytical skills and conduct total cost analyses.
